Elevation Robotics is committed to transparency and accountability in all aspects of our operations. We believe that public trust is essential to carrying out our charitable and educational mission, and we support that trust by making our governing documents and financial records publicly available.

As a nonprofit organization, we are subject to public disclosure requirements under federal and state law. We go beyond these minimum requirements to proactively share information about how we are governed and how we use our resources.

The Corporation's complete application for recognition of tax-exempt status, including organizational documents, program descriptions, and financial projections. Will be posted upon request.

Determination received

IRS Form 990 Annual Returns

Annual information returns filed with the IRS. The first Form 990 will be due after the Corporation's first full fiscal year (year ending June 30, 2027). All Form 990s will be posted within 30 days of filing.

Audited Financial Statements

The Corporation will obtain independent audited financial statements as required by Colorado law and organizational policy when applicable thresholds are met.
